I've worked in mortgage lending since 2004 and have been serving the Seattle area since 2006. That background allows me to look at a home purchase from both sides of the transaction—helping you consider not only the property and offer, but also financing, monthly payment, available funds, appraisal considerations, and the overall structure of the purchase.
